My training and experience enables me to offer effective counseling from a systemic perspective to individuals, families, and couples who are dealing with a variety of issues - anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, codependency, sexual trauma, etc. I combine talk therapy with mind-body stress relieving techniques for greater results.
I love working with my clients and my goal is to give them a safe space to process their journey and achieve their goals. Together, we will begin the journey of discovery to find out what's keeping you from living the life you were created to live and help get you "unstuck."
