Sara Sedlik Haynes
Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT
Location
I specialize in couple counseling, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, communication issues, and other issues like ADHD and Trauma. I work with adults and older teens who feel ready to do deep work. The problem is that most people wait, hoping things will shift on their own...but that rarely works. What I do know is that therapy harnesses the healing power of connection. Together, we can create a shift in your thinking, help you gain confidence in your relationships, yourself, and sense of well-being. I LOVE this work and my intention is to hold a space where you can be human with no judgment or shame.
My clients always tell me "you know the right questions to ask," which translates into effective therapy. I will be highly engaged and attuned to you. I also am a trained trauma therapist, which sets me apart because I can teach you how to use resiliency skills from day one. Learning how to stay regulated means feeling better overall in any situation.
Taking the next step can be difficult, even scary. I get it. I also know that to be human means we are wired for survival and when you ready, you will know. I love helping clients be more compassionate with themselves, build better boundaries, find their voice, and love being in relationships. Call me today and let's get started on your new journey.
