About
Do your current struggles make you feel like you're treading water in the middle of the ocean? You may be feeling overwhelmed with worry, fear, sadness, anger, guilt, frustration, uncertainty, hopelessness, or helplessness. You may also be experiencing sleepless nights and disturbing negative thoughts that just won't seem to go away. You feel stuck - unable to move forward or swim back to shore. Whether these struggles stem from anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, a significant life change, a serious tragedy, or a traumatic life event, I am here to help you find your way back. *Also available for evening & Saturday appointments*
I specialize in working with individuals (civilian & military) who have experienced a significant life-changing event or trauma. Using evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR therapy & CBT, I will help you develop the coping mechanisms and skills needed in order for you to be able to solve your problems independently and for you to feel whole again.
Please reach out to me if you can relate and/or you feel like it is the time to do so. That's why I am here. Together, we can reach your goals. I am EMDR - Trained, and I am also available for evening & Saturday appointments.
