Loss can feel never-ending. Grief, heartbreak, anxiety, and emotional pain can take over daily life and resurface old wounds. Trauma and loss often create patterns that affect relationships, self-worth, physical health, and peace of mind. Through my private practice, I provide a supportive space for adults working through grief, traumatic loss, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and unresolved emotional pain. Healing is possible, and no one has to navigate it alone. I help clients break free from self-defeating cycles, process past wounds and present struggles, discover hidden blockages and realize sustainable healing.
My approach is personalized, compassionate, and grounded in proven therapeutic strategies designed to help clients regain a stronger sense of self, build coping skills, and reconnect with hope and meaning in life. The goal is not to erase grief or hardship, but to help clients carry it differently while creating space for healing, growth, and fulfillment.
I also provide clinical supervision for Michigan LLPCs and currently have immediate availability for supervisees seeking supportive, growth-focused supervision. Supervision services focus on clinical development, confidence-building, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, documentation, boundaries, and strengthening therapeutic skills.
