(Virtual) Teen Girls Group for Girls Ages 12-16
These are two ongoing groups with space for new members for both age groups (12-14 & 14-16). Group is split by age and maturity level. Group members will have the ability to work on interpersonal skills while exploring topics around anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, self esteem, body image, work on building social and emotional skills and connect with peers struggling with similar challenges. *Group members must be located in either NY, NJ, CT, or FL.*
College Virtual Group
Group members will gain peer support and will have the space to explore topics and learn skills around: Navigating mental health challenges in college, living away from home for the first time, staying organized and implementing healthy study habits, navigating living in a dorm and with roommates, maintaining healthy boundaries and relationships, managing social anxiety and more.
Adult Social Anxiety Group
This group is ideal for adults in their 30’s and 40’s who find social anxiety to be stopping them from living life fully. Group members will gain peer support from others struggling with similar issues; will practice CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) skills to reduce social anxiety and social skills to improve functioning among social, academic and professional settings. Note: Group members must be located in either NY, NJ, CT, or FL.
