It is my belief that through the therapeutic relationship one can grow and make significant changes in their life. I work with both adults and older adolescents in individual therapy. My approach with each client is unique. I use a blend of techniques while always focusing on your goals. It is my intention to provide each client with a safe, compassionate space to do this work together.
I treat a range of issues related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, work related stress, relationship distress, grief, and trauma. I specialize in womens' mental health including women's identity development, medical conditions, transition to parenting, infertility and post-partum mood disorders and anxiety.
