My therapy experience includes working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, faith, gender, and life transitions, chronic illness, medical diagnoses, and working with children to help them navigate their thoughts and feelings through play.
I am an associate mental health counselor who is a board-certified dance movement
therapist. As a therapist I have supported children, adolescents, adults and families
using DBT, body awareness, and coping skills. I am passionate about providing a safe,
warm, and welcoming environment for people of all ages, backgrounds, and life
circumstances.
