I work with couples and individuals who are exhausted from repeating painful patterns and caring around the weight of past traumas. Together we focus on structured repair, slowing things down, understanding what broke, and intentionally rebuilding safety rather than pretending it didn’t happen. With individuals healing from trauma or toxic relationships, we move at your pace, addressing trauma in both the body and your relationships to create inner peace. I’m direct and won’t avoid what’s happening, while deeply attuning to what your nervous system is already carrying.

I offer telehealth therapy so even people with busy schedules can access support. With extensive training in trauma and infidelity work, I wont shy away from the harder parts of your story. I integrate approaches like IFS and somatic work to help regulate the nervous system, and use EMDR, Gottman, and EFCT to support meaningful change.

I offer rotating early morning, evening, and weekend availability. I currently have no waitlist. If you’re looking for therapy that is honest, grounded, and focused on getting you to your goals, we may be a good fit. Healing is possible. But it requires showing up and doing the work.
