Teen Anxiety Group
Using a cognitive behavioral therapeutic (CBT) focus, this teen anxiety group (TAG) will address two areas: awareness and coping skills. The group will be created to help members gain knowledge about anxiety and how to manage it in healthy ways. In addition, members will learn coping skills and awareness of how the body responds to anxiety.
