Sara Rosenberg
Licensed Professional Counselor, NCC, LPC
Are you looking to gain a better understanding and acceptance of yourself? Do you need support but worry about “bothering” others with your concerns? Do you want to feel more in touch with your body and your sexual self? Do you and your partner(s) want to refocus on the relationship and strengthen your connection? Do you want to take back control from the problems you feel are ruling your life? These things are all achievable when therapy includes the two most important aspects of successful treatment: hope and an authentic connection with an empathetic therapist who sees, accepts and validates the true you.
I offer individualized treatment using an intentionally eclectic approach based on the needs and personality of each client. My style is collaborative yet directive, and incorporates client feedback during each step. I use humor and warmth to create a safe, growth enhancing therapeutic environment.
My intention is to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care that is mindful of the role of privilege/power within the therapeutic relationship. I am LGBTQ* affirming, kink and poly-aware and have experience in the field of addiction. I offer individual or couples therapy with consideration of virtual coaching for those that live outside the city.
