I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, and mind-body disconnection. I’m a trauma-trained therapist who also identifies as a person with a physical disability, which informs my work in a deeply compassionate, disability-affirming way. Many of my clients come to me wanting a therapist who truly understands the intersection of mental health, trauma, and identity—and who supports healing without forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. My practice centers on creating a space where you can feel grounded, understood, and gently challenged.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches in a holistic way to support you in a manner that feels most aligned. I’m certified in Clinical Hypnosis and trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing, with specialization in PNES. My style is collaborative and deeply attuned. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface at a tolerable pace.

Physical Disability Support Group

I facilitate a virtual process and skills based therapy group for adults with physical disabilities- those with mobility devices or assistance with activities of daily living. As someone living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and a full-time wheelchair user myself, I understand the unique intersection of disability and mental health. This group creates space to explore that intersection with authenticity, practical tools, and community support. Offered virtually to individuals across Wisconsin, ongoing enrollment on Mondays from 11:00am–12:00pm. The group is contracted through an agency that is able to bill Medicare and Medicaid.
