I have a passion for working with children, adolescents and young adults. I work with trauma, anxiety, social difficulties, emotional regulation, grief and loss and navigating life transitions and challenges. I draw from an eclectic blend of therapies in my practice, including Solutions Focused, CBT, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness, believing that no one therapeutic tool fits everyone.
