Using evidenced- based practice I have been trained to help navigate anxiety, depression, unwanted behaviors, as well as other concerns. I have experience helping those who are walking through big life changes, loss, loneliness and navigating the big questions. I also have years of experience working with parents and children, tackling unwanted behaviors.
