I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults affected by anxiety disorders, depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), executive functioning challenges, behavioral challenges and social skills challenges. I also work with couples and families working on relationship challenges and with individuals who want to focus on parenting.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and also have a Master's degree and extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis. I focus on an individualized, personal and strengths based approach with each client, utilizing a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
