I support individuals across the life-span suffering from Eating Disorders; such as Anorexia (Restrictive Eating) Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorders and Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders. My approach is to guide you as you develop a normal relationship with food and your body, through the lens of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size principles. I am trained in Family Based Therapy (FBT) to target Anorexia specifically, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (CBT-AR).
Eating Disorders can often be connected to other psychiatric disorders and trauma, which I incorporate into our work while treating the eating disorder. I pull from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused and Internal Family Systems.
In our work together, my hope is that you will find it to be filled with support, compassion and encouragement as we work towards change and meeting your goals of treatment. I welcome feedback during our time together to ensure the care you are receiving best meets your needs. I look forward to partnering together.
