I believe in people. We are resilient. With connection and support, we can heal, change, and grow. My core values are connection and compassion, and I believe that healing happens when we connect with others who see us in our wholeness and listen compassionately. I continue to experience this healing myself, and offering it to others is my life’s work. I am currently a master’s degree candidate for clinical social work under clinical supervision.
I feel honored to hold space for clients during vulnerable and heavy experiences, to listen compassionately and reflectively, and to witness my clients discover their strength. Using a trauma-responsive approach, I use relational & experiential therapies. I firmly believe that healing happens in relationship and through experience.
While I gladly serve clients in all life stages, I specialize in working with people during their reproductive journeys. Helping would-be parents, bereaved parents, and new parents find healing invites them to see themselves as full people with strengths, needs, and a sense of their own immeasurable worth.
