This group is designed to provide both education and a community of support for parents and caregivers of children of all ages. Our group is rooted in an attachment-based approach, focusing on key skills such as creating secure connections with your child, understanding and practicing your own embodiment and emotional regulation, and effectively coaching your child through emotional experiences. The group meets on Thursdays at 12:00 PM OR 7:00 PM. Sessions are hybrid: you may join either in-person and virtually. Thanks to grant funding, participation in this group is only $10/session. Childcare is not provided.
