I became a therapist because I believe people can do hard things. Regardless of where your path has led you - or has yet to lead you - as your therapist I will meet you where you are and empower you to find your inner strength. Everyone is at a different stage of their healing journey and I will walk alongside you on yours. When we work together, your sense of safety and security is my biggest priority; I firmly believe healing cannot happen in the presence of judgement. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults- specializing in trauma, child abuse, parenting support, anxiety, depression, stress management, and self-esteem. In my practice, I utilize various evidence-based therapy models, such as TF-CBT, EMDR, and CPT. I also incorporate mindfulness, somatic processing, expressive arts, and play therapy techniques.
