I offer a collaborative approach coupled with authenticity, honesty, and humor. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is an intervention that uses bilateral stimulation to address struggles associated with trauma, anxiety, and depression as well as everyday challenges.

I have experience working with individuals and couples. Additionally, I've been an active member of the autism community for nearly 20 years. My doctoral focus was working with caregivers of autistic individuals, so those families hold a special place in my heart.
