I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) located in Raleigh, NC and working with clients statewide via telehealth. As a mother of two, I am passionate about helping mothers through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys in addition to parenting and partner relations to help ease the stress of the early years of parenthood. I also specialize in depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
I enjoy working with mothers through the early years of parenthood, with experiences ranging from prenatal anxiety and depression, postpartum depression, parenting challenges, and relationship issues. I also love helping those with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, and relationship issues.
My most important goal is to provide a safe space for clients to be exactly who they are and to express exactly what's on their mind. I am a highly empathic listener and create a balanced tone between understanding the hardships of the current problems and building hope for a better future.
