I also actively support those on the fertility journey: encouraging self- advocacy, healthy communication, & thoughtful decision-making. Together, we will identify strengths, diminish anxiety, & bolster positive coping skills.

Using insight, humor, and practical, common sense tools, we will highlight and solidify what is already working well, while identifying, addressing, and rectifying what could use a shift.
