My clients seek to understand themselves better, to change old, unhelpful patterns of thinking and belief, and create lives full of meaning and joy!
I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and the effects of trauma and abuse. I offer a safe, accepting, and honoring space using a combination of talk therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness practices, somatic interventions, internal family systems, and Brainspotting.
