Would you like to feel ease throughout your day? Perhaps you are looking to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, stress or trauma. I am currently accepting new clients for the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a short-term therapy that trains your nervous system to bring calm and connection into your everyday experience. SSP is helpful for folks with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, sensory integration issues, and more.
My approach is nurturing, warm, and enthusiastic. It is my role to make therapy a safe and non-judgmental space. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing by the Somatic Experiencing Institute. I have over 400 hours of trauma-specific training.
Anxiety, trauma, and other sources of suffering exist not only in the mind, but in the body as well. I empower my clients to learn the language of their own bodies and, in doing so, embrace the present moment and lead more satisfying lives. I hope to hear from you soon!
