I believe therapy is a place where people can show up exactly as they are and feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Healing happens through relationship, safety, and curiosity. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked or pushed aside. In a world that often feels fast-paced, overwhelming, and demanding, I view therapy not as a place to be “fixed” but as a supportive process of understanding, growth, and self-compassion.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and client-centered. I am trained in EMDR & often incorporate this approach when working with trauma, anxiety, & distressing life experiences. I utilize CBT & DBT, while honoring the mind-body connection & recognizing how personal history, cultural context, & the current world state can impact emotional well-being.
I work with individuals across the lifespan. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients & approach my work with curiosity, flexibility, & respect for each person’s unique way of thinking, processing, & experiencing the world.
