I offer support and guidance to people with a variety of mental health issues; anxiety, depression, addiction and couples having challenges to include relationship issues of all orientations. I also have extensive experience working with individuals and couples whose lives and relationships have been adversely impacted by alcohol and drug use. You can expect supportive, direct and caring feedback as well as guidance in developing strategies to support the life you want for yourself.
I provide women and men with substance abuse & co-occurring mental health issues an encouraging environment to learn: *Coping skills and strategies that support effective management of triggers and cravings to prevent relapse. *How to break the cycle of addiction in order to create and sustain a sober lifestyle and healthy relationships.
I work to create a safe space for my clients to explore and unpack their personal history and progress in their identified goals of personal growth, self confidence and improved interpersonal relationships.
