I help women in their 20s & 30s shed self doubt and challenge deep rooted notions and expectations of who they're supposed to be, so they can feel more confident in who they are and more secure in what they want from life. Our work can support you in caring for yourself with compassion, expressing your needs more directly, and taking up space more comfortably, both in your body and in the world. This is a space to let go of perfection, get curious about what you're experiencing, and reconnect with yourself so you can feel more grounded, whole, and fully alive.
I offer walk & talk and virtual therapy for adults & teens; clients often come to me for support with anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, and eating disorder recovery. We can talk, create art, play games, or connect with nature while we explore your emotions, find your voice, and move through challenges at your own pace.
Together, we can uncover patterns and past experiences that may be keeping you stuck, helping you untangle the threads, release societal pressures, and create lasting change. Virtual Meal Support
An informal/unstructured meal support group for anyone who feels like they would benefit from having company and conversation while eating. Whether you're in recovery from an eating disorder, experiencing body image distress, or longing for connection, this group is for you. This group is intended to help mealtimes feel less stressful and gently guide you toward intuitive eating. There is no expectation that you finish your meal- trying and showing up is enough! Group members are welcome to share anything going on in their lives as we all eat lunch together.
