In my sessions, I employ gestalt therapy techniques like chair work as well as guided imagery, utilizing expressive arts with movement/music/visual art/poetry and/or drama. In general, I am not aiming to hand-out quick fix with my therapy sessions. Instead, I lead them to realizations or self-guidance to help each person to step forward in his/her life.
I firmly believe in the power of relying on one’s artistic creativity and immersing oneself into the art making process which will lead him/her to the next path as they walk out into the challenging world of reality.
I give generous and compassionate support within their processes. I have refined intuition and awareness of when and how to guide my patient stepping onto his/her creative process. Eventually, I could lead the process during sessions to come to a satisfactory “harvest” which could be applied to their real life issues.
