Do you feel like something isn't working, but you aren't sure why? I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship difficulties, life transitions, family conflict, and experiences affecting them in ways they don't yet fully understand. We'll work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you. As a trauma informed therapist, I offer EMDR. You may carry experiences from the past that have shaped you deeply and we can explore how your past may be influencing your present.
Therapy is an act of bravery. You don't have to know exactly where you're going before you take the first step. During the new moon, the moon is there even when we can't yet see it. My hope is that, together, we can begin to make visible what has been difficult to see and find a path forward that feels authentically yours.
