About
In order to change, we must feel both supported and challenged. As your therapist, my role is to provide a supportive environment where we can examine current patterns of thoughts and behaviors and challenge the ones that are getting in the way of you reaching your goals.
I provide counseling services for children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults. I have specialized experience working with LGBT+ youth and adults, individuals on the autism spectrum, and individuals with anxiety disorders. I also provide evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and EMDR.
