I use attachment theory and structural approaches. I have completed an Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy which I use with couples and individuals. I am trained in TBRI--Trust-Based Relational Intervention. This is the basis of my parent coaching. You won't necessarily know WHAT I am doing but you should notice that you are DOING and FEELING better!
I love working on puzzles as each of them are different and offer a variety of challenges. I see my clients as puzzles and my job is to find out how many pieces the puzzle has, where the pieces fit and ultimately what the puzzle looks like.
