I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating grief, chronic illness, anxiety and depression, and life transitions. My work is integrative, considering the mind-body connection and the simultaneous emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical challenges that accompany these experiences. Rather than seeing you as a problem that needs to be fixed, we will tap into the wisdom you have gained through your lived experience. My goal is to help my clients find relief from emotional distress; experience greater awareness and self-compassion; and live life as fully as possible.
In our work together, you can expect a nonjudgmental, warm space that honors your unique story, including your background, family, culture and environment. I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and incorporate techniques for stress reduction to help clients find greater ease and emotional relief, even amidst challenging circumstances.
My practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming and I hold advanced training in working with LGBTQ+ clients. I offer each patient a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and determine if working together feels like a good fit. Please reach out with any questions or to schedule a consultation.
