In counseling, I do supportive empathic listening and coaching to help develop coping skills with various life challenges for people of all ages and backgrounds. I specialise in trauma, depression, anxiety, military life challenges, parenting skills, stress management and grief with adults, teens, and children. I counsel relationship problems, divorce, parenting skills, anger management, work conflicts, ADHD, child behavioral issues, teenage challenges, child abuse victims, domestic abuse victims, anger management, mood disorders and other issues. I’m licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
My focus is to develop the best therapy method to help in healing, whether it is CBT, Person Centered Therapy, DBT, REBT or play therapy or art therapy with children. I can also do Christian counseling. Often I work in person with children and teens in schools, or adults in areas not in an office. Most of the time, I do remote counseling (phone or video).
