I offer neuroaffirming, sensory-informed, and relational therapy for neurodivergent clients. Drawing from IFS, brainspotting, and somatic practices, I help build self-trust and connection. As a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ therapist, I value creating a safe space where you can show up fully as yourself.
