My specialty areas: individuals, couples/families, coping skills, caring for the caregivers/life transitions, grief/loss, identity/orientation, spirituality/religious concerns/abuse, transitions in parenting (ex: adolescents to college). I use an integrated approach based on areas of need and the individuals involved but I have a family systems background.
My practice includes individuals, couples and families of all configurations. My experience involves late adolescents/young adults to late adulthood, as well as various stages of parenthood/life. Session availability: Monday through Friday with some noon and later afternoon appointments.
