With compassionate curiosity and authenticity, I help clients unravel intense emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and better understand themselves. We'll work together to create a personalized plan that works for you - easing your day-to-day distress, while also healing the root of your concern. My approach combines Humanistic therapy with EMDR, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques to help clients process difficult experiences. reduce anxiety symptoms, and build lasting emotional resilience. By working with the mind and body, therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and in control of your life.
