I am not your everyday therapist – I started college as an accounting major! I discovered my passion for helping others through my life journey, but I do still bring an organized, methodical approach to my practice. I take a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I am passionate about building authentic relationships where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relational difficulties.
Our initial session will be an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your background, current challenges, and your goals for therapy, The following sessions will focus on working towards those goals which will be individualized to your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you, at a pace that feels right for you
