Hello! I have a passion for working with individuals from age 16 through late adulthood. I have experience working with individuals who may be struggling with infertility, adjusting to life after baby, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, OCD and other life transitions you may be experiencing.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and offer support for individuals and couples on their journey to becoming parents and life after baby. I have received advanced training in EMDR and TF-CBT where I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma. I work from a Christian Based perspective but honor each individual's faith journey.
I believe it is extremely important for my clients to feel safe and empowered as I walk alongside them in their journey to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Life's journey often takes many twists and turns and my hope is for you to not feel alone during this time.
