I practice relationally focused psychodynamic therapy. Polyvagal safety and connection, inner community work, mindfulness, and self-compassion support our work together. I am trained in relational neuroscience exercises for safety and connection, somatic experiencing, and emotion focused therapy. I am committed to lifelong growth, liberation, and learning.
