I am CEDS certified. I support clients through the use of somatic/body awareness exercises, mindfulness, EMDR/FLASH, parts-work, exposures, and unconditional positive regard. Grounded in ACT, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, DBT, HAES (Health at Every Size), Intuitive Eating, Relational Therapy, and the Adaptive Information Processing Model.
