I specialize in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, EFT/Tapping, Brainspotting, and other mind-body wellness techniques designed to help clients process challenges at a deeper level than traditional talk therapy alone. While conversation remains an important part of the process, other more rapid wellness approaches are applied in sessions.
