I use a wide variety of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Christian Counseling, EMDR, Parts of Self Work/IFS, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Therapy to uncover the belief system that may be hindering your growth process.
