I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive training in, and experience providing, evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers. I strive to create a warm, safe environment in which clients are encouraged to explore the connections between their internal experiences (thoughts, feelings, urges), external events, and behaviors. My approach is collaborative and aims to empower individuals to make mindful choices in service of their goals and values.
I primarily use CBT and ACT, and I tailor treatment to meet the needs, age and developmental level of my clients. I provide parent coaching, and specifically I have been certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)and have completed training in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
I am grateful for the privilege of working so closely with individuals and families and helping them make positive behavioral changes.
