A bottom-up approach to integrating body, mind, and soul is necessary to tackle a new way of thinking, being, and doing. We start by gently befriending our body sensations and emotions because we don’t do as we think, we do as we feel. In that way, we learn to connect to our inner wisdom, inherent power, and resilience and move towards our best selves. These potential lives in you. Connection and inner safety are our birthrights.

I am a certified Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, IFS, and EFT professional with a body-mind-spirit integrative holistic approach that is warm, practical, and effective.
