**Prospective patients: Please see note below** As a warm, supportive, and interactive therapist, I specialize in helping people who feel stuck and want to move forward. I work with individuals and couples struggling to figure out a specific issue, including simply wanting to feel better, as well as those who want help managing relationship concerns, loss, difficult childhood experiences, and struggles with perfectionism. Through my work at UCSF, I have had extensive training focused on improving relational dynamics within challenging situations and helping people heal from trauma and painful early childhood experiences.
More clearly understanding your own hopes, behaviors, and emotional states can help you feel more confident, skilled at navigating your relationships, and better able to make fulfilling life decisions.
***PLEASE NOTE: I am currently accepting patients who are able to meet for online psychotherapy sessions. If you are a former patient of mine, please write or call and we can discuss next steps. If you are a prospective patient and would like to meet online, please let me know some good times to contact you for a free preliminary consultation.
