I hope to create a place of exploration and healing at a pace of your choosing so that you can make decisions or changes that feel life giving to you. You possess resilience and I hope to help you recognize what’s already in you, so you can thrive.
We are often taught to not trust what we feel, disconnecting us with our bodies. The build up of unprocessed information is like a shaken can of coke; highly pressurized and ready to explode. This anxiety has become a new normal in our society, and I believe that we can learn to kindly listen to these messages and respond to them fully, thus bringing relief.
You are the expert on your life. I would be honored to collaborate with you in exploring the beauty and tragedy that is inherent in all of our lives, to make sense of the senseless and to make peace with the tumult.
