If you'd like to get free from relational trauma, I would love to help you. I specialize in anxiety, depression, emotional and narcissistic abuse, Trauma/PTSD, ACA / ACoA recovery for adult children of alcoholics and family dysfunction, Personality Disorders, and ADHD. I've worked in substance abuse recovery for 8 years and led a group for adults with ADHD with the national organization CHADD for 3 years. I work with abuse survivors and I lead an ongoing group for recovery from gaslighting, narcissistic and emotional abuse, betrayal trauma, and intimate partner violence. Treatment will focus on areas of instability and address deficiencies in executive and relational functioning. Trauma work is a layered process. Modality will depend on your goals and preparation. I am trained in EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, and parts work IFS therapy.
I practice in the state of Pennsylvania. I am NOT in network with any insurance providers aside from Highmark BCBS and some other BCBS plans, but I can issue a superbill for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. I am also a Victims Compensation ( VCAP ) provider for victims of abuse and sexual assault in the state of Pennsylvania.

This group is focused on support for those who are healing from the trauma of betrayal, domestic or narcissistic abuse, or intimate partner violence (including violent communication). Members will support each other and I will facilitate the group discussion by offering a series of topics such as warning signs, violent vs. nonviolent communication, forms of manipulation, gaslighting, breaking the trauma bond, stages of recovery, and more topics as requested by members. The group meets virtually every other Monday at 7:00pm, Cost is $50.

Complex Trauma ( CPTSD ) Recovery Group
This group is focused on support for those who are healing from complex relational trauma, including childhood trauma and attachment wounds, betrayal trauma, and trauma from narcissistic and abusive relationships. Members will share their experiences and support each other and I will facilitate the group discussion by offering a series of topics from the book Complex Trauma: From Surviving to Thriving by Pete Walker. The group meets virtually every other Thursday at 7:00pm, Cost is $50.
