I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I have experience working with with teens, adults, LGBTQ+ individuals and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, who are dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, trauma, relationship distress, women’s issues, addiction, neurodivergence and more. I love creating a comfortable, casual feeling during my sessions while also utilizing evidence based modalities that best suit client's needs.
I utilize several different modalities with clients including strengths-based, trauma-informed frameworks, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I know it can be intimidating to begin therapy, having been a client myself. Feedback is something I highly value and encourage my clients to provide in order to make sure sessions feel right and are moving in the right direction according to their goals.
