I have formerly worked as a Director of Intake for Clearview Treatment Programs and I facilitated the Outpatient Substance Abuse program for Cedars Sinai Hospital. In 2009 I co-founded One to One Treatment Program. In addition I am trained in EMDR and Biofeedback. Currently I work private practice in central Austin.
I am a longtime practioner of mindfulness meditation and integrate mindfulness skills into my therapy practice.
