I specialize in collaboratively navigating life transitions. My approach is insight driven with genuine and respectful therapist input. I create and hold a safe space for exploration of the deeper self in order to make meaning out of painful life circumstances, experiences, and patterns; together, we can find the courage and empowerment to shift.
