I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and questions related to identity and belonging. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward in an important area of their lives. Together, we create space to better understand patterns, explore emotions with curiosity, and develop greater clarity about what matters most. My goal is to help clients strengthen their relationship with themselves and others while moving through life's challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.
My work focuses on anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, self-esteem, and identity exploration. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach informed by CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Relational Therapy, and Art Therapy, tailoring the process to each client's needs and goals.
