I believe in therapy as a collaborative process in supporting my clients in achieving their goals. I am gender affirming and strive to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing space for the LGBTQ community. I am experienced working with clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, life stressors and adjustments, grief and loss, and trauma events.
I follow a strengths-based perspective, emphasizing that each individual has innate positive attributes and the capacity for growth. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach while incorporating concepts and skills from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
I was born and raised in Bucks County and am excited to be supporting the community where I grew up. Outside of the office, I enjoy reading mystery novels at home with my two corgis, Ripley and Remy, and a big cup of tea. My self-care activities include practicing yoga, baking and nature walks.
